I’m still excavating stuff from my old record collection. The latest is Dave Brock’s solo album, Earthed To The Ground. The vinyl looks almost mint so it’s going into the "keep" pile.
The orange one is barely off the plane and he’s blowing the racist dog whistle. What a scumbag.
People with similar names to mine keep signing up for shopping sites with my google email address. I keep getting emails meant for a Stefan Pieper in Germany and a Stacy Pieper in the USA amongst others. The "Unsubscribe" button is usually honoured but I got one message that said I’d need to log in to unsubscribe and so that company has got itself labelled spam.
I found my original World Of Warcraft installation discs complete with thick user manual. When was the last time someone actually read a WoW user manual?
Pub quizzing with only four teams tonight. Not much of a competition but we still only got second place. Our team could use more micro-celebrity spotters.
I see my web sites now as places where I post all the little things that I would be giving the big social media sites for free. These little things might not be important enough for other folk but they mean things to me or I wouldn’t be posting them in the first place. They are things I want to remember and record. It’s the great thing about personal web sites. They can be whatever you want them to be.
I got to migrate my Flickr account away from the Yahoo login today. I never used it for anything else so the Yahoo account has been duly, and happily, terminated for the second time.
I picked this Logitech MX Anywhere 2 mouse up from an online sale. It’s small (not too small), solid, works with wireless or Bluetooth, and useable on any surface. I bought it for desktop use so was a bit worried about the size but, really, it’s not much smaller than my old USB mouse. Very comfortable in the hand. It was a bargain.
