I decided to get an exercise bike after a few months of inactivity led to pain in my knee joints (I’m not getting any younger) that made it difficult to go up and down stairs.
After using it daily for the last couple of weeks I can feel a huge difference already. The pain is virtually gone and I just feel what I can only describe as springier. The bike has been one of the best buys I’ve made in ages.
My next plan is to lose the extra weight I seem to have accumulated since the end of March.
