Three months living in the new flat now and the novelty is starting to wear off (a good thing). The sense of being on holiday has gone and I realise now that this is it for the foreseeable future. It has been a tough year, full of upheaval, that I haven’t fully come to terms with yet.
Cooked a steak in the air fryer tonight and I feel like I’ve levelled up. Pre-heated the air fryer for five minutes at 200C and then cooked each side of the steak for seven minutes which was maybe a bit too long but it turned out fine. I’ll adjust next time.
This does not sound good.

I think the world might be a bit nicer if people said “I don’t know” more often.
I went to the cinema last night for the first time In ages and it was a nice experience. Comfy reclining seats, an idiot-free audience, and Dazed and Confused was just as fun as I remembered.
