I needed an external drive to rip CDs to flac files to play in my new music player. After looking at all of the cheap ones available I’ve gone for quality and ordered the old Apple USB SuperDrive. It costs more but looks like it won’t fall apart after a few weeks use.

Unseasonably mild weather today.

I’d forgotten how great the Popclip app is. The ability to select some foreign language text on a page and have Popclip translate it is extremely useful.

We don’t usually have a family Christmas until Boxing Day so I hope everyone has had a happy festive time.

Just watched the very first episode of The Expanse. I think I’m going to enjoy this.
